THE INTERNSHIP Detour offers semester-long, unpaid internships in Austin, TX. While the internship is clerical, we strive to show our interns the ins and outs of a small production company. We hope each intern will leave here with important contacts in the industry. REQUIREMENTS Must have a schedule that fits our needs Must be able to work around 12 hours a week Must have vehicle Must have outstanding telephone skills Must be good with research Must handle him/herself well in a situation with directors/producers/celebrities Must be able to keep busy when there is downtime NEXT INTERNSHIP We accept resumes for the Fall (September through December) term until August 1st every year; we accept resumes for the Spring (January through April) term until December 1st every year; we accept resumes for the Summer (May through August) term until April 1st every year.
